They must always and without exception abide by the Legal Documents and any other rules and guidelines that the Company may from time to time issue in its sole discretion as they pertain to their usage of the Website and its services.  The User(s) are solely responsible for keeping themselves informed and aware in this regard at all times by carefully reading the Legal documents. The Company is under no obligation to notify the User(s) either before or after making changes, modifications, or deletions of or in the Legal documents.

In accordance with these Terms and Conditions, Zetline Publishers hereby authorises User(s) to access and utilise the Website, provided that:

On a written request from the law enforcement agency clearly stating the reason for seeking such information or assistance, the information or any such assistance may be provided for the purpose of verifying identity or for prevention, detection, investigation, prosecution, cyber security incidents, and punishment of offences under any Law currently in force.

     

    Objectionable Contents Policy

    The User(s) acknowledge, agree, and accept that they might encounter content that they find offensive, objectionable, annoying, or indecent that has been submitted by others, and that the Company might not be able to stop such content from being posted or prescreened. Such information ought to be shared with the company and the grievance/nodal officer that the company has selected.     Online Banking Transactions and Payment rules

    The management of the Website’s financial transactions, payments, and online banking is solely the User(s)’ responsibility. The Company shall in no way be liable for any loss caused to the end users during any banking transactions related to the use or access of the Website. The User(s) shall be solely responsible for familiarising and complying with all applicable laws of India, including those pertaining to online payments and the transfer of funds through online and offline methods. The User(s) must make sure they are adhering to the guidelines and rules set forth from time to time by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). Any online financial transaction that violates the RBI’s guidelines and other applicable laws in India is exclusively the responsibility of the offending User(s), and the company is not accountable in this regard.

    User(s) recognise and agree that the Company is not a bank or other financial institution, and that any purchases or balances that are to the credit of User(s)’s account, if any, do not earn interest. Additionally, User(s) acknowledge and concur that their Company account is only kept for the sole purpose of using the services offered therein. Users are prohibited from buying, selling, trading, renting, leasing, granting a security interest in, transferring, or renting out their accounts, any material, currency, points, standings, rankings, or ratings that appear in, originate from, or are connected to the Company, or by utilising any Services.

    It is possible that users of the website and its services will need to send or receive money to or from the company. Third-party electronic payment processors or service providers (ESPs) are a necessary part of this procedure. To make this possible, User(s) explicitly and irrevocably permit and authorise Company to direct such ESPs to handle User(s) financial transactions in relation to Website dealings.

These Legal papers shall take precedence over the ESP’s terms and conditions in the case of a conflict.
